How Order together works
One person starts the group and pays. Everyone else picks their own food on their own phone.
- Start a groupLog in and open “Order together”. Enter a group name and your name, choose Delivery or Pickup and tap “Start the group”.Only you, the one who pays, need an account.
- Invite the othersTap “Share”, “WhatsApp” or “Text” on the group page – or show the six-character code. The link goes straight to the group.
- Choose your own foodTap “Choose from the menu”, pick a dish and tap “Add to cart”. Everything in your cart is your part. Tap “To the group” at the bottom to come back.
- Wait until everyone is doneUnder “Everyone in the group” you see what each person chose. When someone is finished it says “Done ✓” next to the name.You can remove someone with ✕ if needed.
- Lock and payTap “Lock and go to checkout”. Nobody can change anything now. The cart is filled with everyone’s food – each dish marked with a name. Choose the time and pay as usual.Someone needs to change? Tap “Unlock and edit”.
- Follow the foodEveryone in the group sees on the group page when the food is cooked and on its way. The kitchen packs per person.
Questions
Do I have to pay anything?
No. The host pays the whole order. On the group page everyone sees exactly what their part costs, so you can settle up between you, e.g. with Swish.
Do I need an account?
Only the person who starts the group and pays. Everyone else just enters a name.
Can I change after tapping “I’m done”?
Yes, as long as the host has not locked the group. Open the cart and change it – the group updates right away.
I closed the page – is my food gone?
No, it is saved. Open the link again on the same phone or computer.
How does the kitchen know whose food it is?
Every dish gets your name on the kitchen ticket, so the food is packed per person.
What does the time limit mean?
The host can ask everyone to choose within e.g. 30 minutes. The countdown is shown on the group page. The host can still order at any time.
How long does the group last?
24 hours. After ordering, everyone can still follow the food on the group page.
